David Vercher – Team Leader/Listing and Investment Specialist
 David joined the team at Keller Williams Realty Red Stick Partners in 2004 and has become one of their top producers receiving recognition annually for outstanding achievements. Through his knowledge in Real Estate and market trends he's acquired several properties throughout the Baton Rouge area. He's made a personal commitment to do his my very best at improving a specific area known as “Gardere” through crime prevention programs and the introduction of solid investors to this market. In 2007 he served as a commissioner on the South Burbank Crime and Prevention Development District and he served as President in 2008. This committee aids in crime prevention by educating district stakeholders on concepts such as Crime Prevention through Environmental Design and implementing programs similar to Crime Free Multi-Housing. The commission serves to implement security patrols, among other duties, in addition to the services received by the City of Baton Rouge. Since becoming involved in this area, David, as well as others that own property in the Gardere area have witnessed first hand an increase of safety and appreciation as well as pride in ownership in this area. He also serves as Treasurer for the GSRI Property Owners Association which also has a high level of commitment to improving security in the Gardere area by providing credit and background checks on perspective tenants to multi-family property owners.
In 2007 David served on the Agent Leadership Council and headed up the KW Cares committee for Keller Williams Realty Red Stick Partners for the final push in collecting funds for a local Habitat for Humanity home. he also actively participated in the construction of this home which began on March 1, 2008 and was completed in June 2008 and provided to a deserving family.
He has always enjoyed living in the Baton Rouge area and is thankful to finally have an opportunity to make a difference in the local community. By setting goals and committing to them he's been fortunate enough to help several clients as well as himself in acquiring millions of dollars in property ranging from residential to commercial to multi-family. His hard work and dedication has also paid off by affording him an opportunity to partner in a nearby Keller Williams market center.
David is currently pursuing his CCIM designation and is planning to become certified by mid 2009. He's also on schedule to have a property management company up and running by the end of 2008. His level of commitment and dedication for his clients will remain at the forefront of his agenda and this will be delivered to you through continued education and the highest level of professionalism from him and the David Vercher Team.
